Chinese Bakery Cake \(^ ^)/

Yum! I made this delicious cake yesterday.

I followed this recipe for the entire cake.



I didn't like the cake recipe though. :c It was very flat and soggy. I am pretty sure that I did it wrong though... I tend to do that. (*´ο`*) The custard and frosting were both nice though (:.

However, I do not know whether the gelatin destroyed the fluffiness of the frosting or not. I will experiment further.

《This is my first cake that I've decorated. It was harder than I thought and my frosting began to get soft.》
