Lace Eyelets (◡‿◡✿)

My friend wanted to have this scarf and she linked me to the pattern and thus this happened!

This was my first time to make eyelets in anything! Yarn overs are amazing! Also how people make patterns, I do not even know! I only took one picture of the process but afterwards it looks great!

I tried it with size 11 needles but it was too large.

Size 9 needles worked much better!

Look at this masterpiece!

Bodice for My Body

I finished my testing and all so I've decided to tried to create a bodice!

It was my first time ever doing anything like this so I cut outlines out of newspaper and fit them on my person, tailoring it until it fit well. I also managed to put in an inner lining so overall, I'm pretty proud!

A Lovely Gift for My Lovely Friend!

My friend wanted to have a knitted head scarf with a bow but I figured what to do! I'll knit one for her!

It was pretty simple looking up a pattern for it and I learned a new technique! If you turn the line before it's over then it'll curve around the head naturally!

I did it a little differently from the pattern by not adding the band in the middle of the bow. I think that emphasizes the crease of the bows!

One Ball of Purple Yarn and a Car

Isn't it amazing what you can do with one ball of purple yarn?
I made a crocheted hat, crocheted flower decoration, and a knitted neck scarf.

I did the knitted neck scarf with the same pattern as last time. But I made a edge on the scarf so it's smoother and nicer.
1. Right side: Pick up the first stitch as if to purl -do everything in between- until the last stitch which you pick up as if to purl.
2. Wrong side: Knit the first stitch through the back-do everything in between- and then knit the back stitch as normal.

I also crocheted a hat sort of beanie through repeated half double crochet and double crochet layers interrupted by single crochet layers. The crocodile stitch flower is attached to a pin so that I could switch up the location of it.

I also made a little toy car out of felt. It's two layered with polyester fluff in between. I sealed the edges with the blanket stitch.

French fries, fish fries, oh my! (Beanies and mice too) \(^▽^*)(*^▽^)/

Over the past two weeks I've spent my time having a lot of fun! (〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜
I've fried french fries. (first at a lower temperature and then at a higher one to ensure crispness)

My white molly gave birth to 28 fry! (Hehe (^◇^) fries)

All the while I've been knitting! I've gotten done two beanies and crocheted my first mouse!
These beanies are approximately 11 inches long and are 1x1 ribbed with alternating rows of regular knit stitches and knit stitches in the back leg.

For the mouse I just read regular instructions for some amigurumi animals and just ran with it! I stuffed it with cotton stuffing. Should I put some eyes on the mouse? It's so cute with or without it. o(>< )o o( ><)o
